The primary goal of Turf Blue is to increase the frequency and quality of play for racket sports enthusiasts by removing the logistical barriers of partner finding, scheduling, and court management
Match Fulfillment Rate: Percentage of user-created "Need Player" requests that result in a confirmed match.
Repeat Match Rate (Match Quality): Frequency with which players re-match with partners found through the app, indicating satisfaction with skill parity.

Problem Statement
